In all counties in Ca, all water heater replacements require an inspection to ensure safety and code compliance, whoever does 

your water heater make sure they are getting it inspected, water heaters use gas, electricity and vent flu gases 

that can be dangerous to you and your family, you can also be liable for damages caused by an illegal installation.

 Make sure it's done right by someone you can trust!

Our Pricing includes the cost of your Water heater, Installation of the Water heater, New Gas Supply Line, New Water supply Lines,

The pricing reflected here assumes your water heater is code compliant  and needs minor upgrades for an inspection.

Upgrades and changes to your plumbing system will increase the cost depending on what needs to be done to bring your

installation up to code. We will need a picture of your existing installation and a picture of the name plate to give you a final cost.

As permit fees vary by county, the cost of permit fees is not included in the cost estimate below, but obtaining and scheduling an inspection is. If your water heater isn't on this list please call for a free quote on your project.
